No Sugar Added, 2-Ingredient, Flourless Pancakes


Hey guys! Happy Monday morning! Today I’m sharing a super short, quick and easy recipe for No Sugar Added 2-Ingredient Flourless Pancakes. These are super easy to whip up and BONUS-my toddler loves them!

•2 small (or 1 large) ripe bananas
•2 eggs
•Optional add-ins


•Mash your bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork.


•Add your eggs and mix together. The texture won’t be completely smooth but trust me, you’re good!


•Add in whatever you would like! I added cinnamon and vanilla but feel free to add whatever! Chocolate chips, pumpkin pie spice, blueberries, etc!


•Cook up in a skillet like regular pancakes!


These cook the best on a lower heat and smaller pancakes cook the most evenly. I’ve also also found that using a little cooking spray on my pan works better than butter.
