3-Ingredient Flourless Brownies

I’m still over here detoxing from our trip to Florida. Too much sugar and too much beer! These brownies from thebigmansworld.com were the perfect quick fix for my sweet tooth. No refined sugar and only 3 ingredients which I already had on hand. Now, I’ll use the word “brownie” loosely. When I first hear the word “brownie” I think of warm out of the oven gooey chocolate. These do need to cool completely before cutting and the texture actually gets even better after being refrigerated! Just trust me on this one, guys!

INGREDIENTS:
•3 medium ripe bananas (about 1 cup)
•1/2 cup smooth nut butter, I use peanut butter
•2Tbsp-1/4cup unsweetened cocoa powder
OPTIONAL MIX-INS
•Dark chocolate chips
•Nuts

DIRECTIONS:
1-Preheat oven to 350 (F) degrees
2-In a small bowl, melt your nut butter in the microwave
3-Mash banana and add in melted nut butter
4-Add cocoa powder and mix well (The more cocoa powder, the richer the taste)
5-Add your “batter” to a greased loaf pan
6-Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through
7-Allow to completely cool before cutting

NOTES:
•For a smoother texture, mix ingredients in a blender
•For best texture, refrigerate

These have become a go-to sweet treat for me and my 19month old can’t get enough of them either! Give them a try and let me know what you guys think!
